Elementary students rotated through PBIS Behavior Expectations Lesson Review Stations, reinforcing the expectations that help make our school a great place to learn! Whether they’re in the classroom, cafeteria, hallway, restroom, playground, gym, or on the bus, our Comets know to "Be Kind, Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe!" ⭐️
The first day of school even brought an unexpected science lesson! 🔬🐍 Our 5th grade students spotted a little snake enjoying the sunshine. Apparently, someone forgot to tell him that summer was over! Mr. Snyder took the opportunity for an impromptu science lesson before safely relocating our visitor back to the woods. 🌲☀️

This Friday, the Comets open the 2026 football season at home against River Valley! 🏈🌟
Friday night will be Military Appreciation Night as well as Little Comets Recognition Night.
Admission is FREE for all military personnel as we show our appreciation to the men and women who have served our country.
Before kickoff, we will also recognize all of our Little Comets football players and cheerleaders! GO PM! 🌟🏈💙📣

Our 6th grade students are officially geared up for the new school year after a fun-filled Orientation Camp! 🏫 They toured the building, enjoyed lunch in the high school cafeteria, reviewed school expectations, and had the chance to meet their teachers. 📚👋
We’re excited to welcome our newest Comets to the High School and wish them a fantastic year ahead! ☄️💙

The band’s two-week Band Camp wrapped up today, and the group has been putting in countless hours to prepare this year’s show, “Motown,” for upcoming football games and community performances. 🎵🕺
This year, we’re excited to welcome PM’s new Band Director, Luke Hamilton, and new Assistant Band Director, Michaela Gett! 👏🎶
The band’s first performance of the season took place Saturday, August 15, in Clymer as part of the 134th Central District Volunteer Firemen’s Association Convention Parade. 🚒
We can’t wait to see and hear all of their hard work come together throughout the season! ☄️🎶❤️

PMHS student schedules are now open in Sapphire. Schedule changes can be made through the guidance office on August 17th and 18th from 8:00-2:00. Schedules and course offerings are subject to change before the start of the school year.

ARIN Evergreeen Before and After School Club will be avaible to all district students in grades K-7 Monday through Friday on school student days. Club will begin on September 8.
