Kindergarten classes had a shamrockin’ good time during St. Patrick's Pajama Day (during Comets Care Kindness Week)! 🍀💚
The leprechauns stopped by and turned their classroom into total shambles, pulling a few sneaky tricks on the kids along the way! 😄✨ Safe to say - lots of laughs and a whole lot of fun filled the day! 🌟

This week, Mrs. Talmadge’s 7th grade students participated in a hands-on math activity designed to help them understand how tip, tax, and sales tax work in real-life situations. 💵🍽️
Students were given a menu and an order that they had to calculate the sale, tax, and tip. 📋➗
This activity helped students strengthen their skills with percentages, decimals, and mental math, while also building confidence in navigating financial situations they will encounter outside of school. 💡📊
The activity was engaging, practical, and fun - giving students a meaningful way to apply math to the real world! 🎉👏

Congratulations to our Lady Comets for their thrilling 34-32 OT win over United last night! The girls will now compete in the D6 Championship on Thursday night at Mt. Aloysius, 6:00 tip off, facing off against Bishop McCort.
The boosters have generously offered to buy tickets for PM high school students, they can sign up in the high school office until the end of the day on Wednesday. Tickets can be purchased at piaa.org. One ticket will get you in for the boys championship following the girls game.

Our Elementary Comets Care Team is excited to announce our upcoming Valentine’s “Puppy Love” Gram Fundraiser!
Students in the elementary can purchase Puppy Love grams to send to others or for themselves, which include:
🐾 3D-printed items
🐾 Stuffed animals and a Fun Dip
Best of all, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Four Footed Friends Animal Shelter, helping care for animals in need right here in our community. 🐕🐈
This is a fun way for students to share kindness, celebrate Valentine’s Day, and make a difference for our furry friends. Thank you for supporting Comets Care and helping us spread love—one paw at a time! 🐾✨
