Meeting with All Juniors for senior pictures Directly After A Lunch Room 35

Hello,

I need to hold a brief meeting with all juniors on Monday, May 6th directly after A lunch. Students should report to room 35 at that time. I will distribute materials relevant to their senior portraits and review important information with them about senior portraits. The meeting should only take about fifteen minutes.

FYI Senior portraits will be taken on Wednesday, May 29th this year. I will distribute a schedule of individual portrait appointments to the teachers. (Students will be given their individual portrait appointment time.) If a student is unable to attend his/her portrait due to a final, I ask that the student let me know by May 20th so that I can reschedule his/her portrait.
