a. Plans offseason workouts, open gyms, and
strength programs.
b. Builds relationships with youth leagues and feeder programs.
c. Recruits students within the school to grow
participation.
d. Provides a positive enriching experience for
student athletes.
4. Is an Organizer
a. Handles scheduling, budgeting, equipment, and logistics.
b. Follows school policies, PIAA rules and Heritage
Conference rules.
c. Maintains a professional presence on and off the
court.
d. Demonstrates reliability and strong work ethic.
5. Fits the School's Values and Community
a. Understands the school's culture and
expectations.
b. Engages with the community and supports school
events.
c. Builds pride in the program and represents the
district well.
