Description
The Senior Class Advisor provides leadership, guidance, and organizational support to the senior class throughout the school year. This role is responsible for coordinating senior activities, overseeing class events, and supporting students as they prepare for graduation. The advisor works closely with administrators, staff, parents, and student leaders to ensure a positive and memorable senior-year experience.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate senior class events, including but not limited to: Senior Trip, Prom, Senior Awards, and Graduation related activities.
• Advise and support senior class officers, helping them develop leadership skills, plan meetings, and execute class initiatives.
• Manage class fundraising efforts, including planning, budgeting, tracking funds, and ensuring compliance with district financial procedures.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, staff, and administration regarding senior events, deadlines, and expectations.
• Collaborate with school personnel (administration, teachers, support staff, and activity coordinators) to ensure smooth planning and execution of senior activities.
• Oversee class finances, maintain accurate records, and submit required documentation in accordance with district policies.
• Promote a positive, inclusive senior-year experience that reflects the values and culture of the school community.
• Ensure safety and supervision at all senior class events and activities.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with high school students.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience planning events, managing budgets, or advising student groups preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends for events.
