Underclass Fundraising Advisor

The Underclass Fundraising Advisor supports the 6th through 10th grade classes by planning and coordinating fundraising activities throughout the school year. This role helps build class funds for future events while promoting student leadership and responsible financial practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee approved fundraising activities for underclass grade levels
• Maintain accurate financial records and submit required reports
• Communicate with class officers, students, families, and administration
• Ensure all fundraisers follow district policies and procedures
• Encourage student involvement and leadership in fundraising efforts

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with high school students preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
