NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Penns Manor Area School District is accepting sealed bids for the sale of unscreened topsoil. The unscreened topsoil has been stockpiled on the District’s property for approximately two years. The estimated amount of topsoil is 400 tons.

Interested parties may inspect the topsoil on the following date and time:

 

All bids are subject to the Conditions of Sale. Any interested bidder may obtain a copy of the Conditions of Sale by contacting the Business Office at the address and telephone number listed below.

 

All bids are sealed and marked “UNSCREENED TOPSOIL BID.

Bids must be received by the Business Office on or before Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 3:00 o’clock P.M. prevailing time, at which time the bids will be opened.  Any bid received after such date and/or time will be returned to the bidder unopened.
